The Groove is the hub of Mary’s wellness coaching platform. Inside you will get weekly access to live workouts led by your very own personal trainer. She creates a workout, unlike any other at-home movement session. Her motivation from the beginning to the end of the workout will have you feeling strong and confident when it ends. Each session is 30 minutes. If you can’t make a live session you can select from over 100 videos to stream on your schedule anytime. Pick from a variety of workouts from Kickboxing, Stairs, HIIT, and Intervals to strength sessions that focus on the upper, lower and full body.
