This is a fast-paced program and we don't believe in boring! You will be challenged to make choices to better serve your body and have some fun too - all while achieving your goals. This workshop is led by myself, Mary Rekemeyer, a wellness coach and personal trainer. I will keep you motivated and accountable with my proven coaching style.

The small group approach allows you to get the personalized attention you deserve. I'll work with you one-on-one to kick off the workshop with a 30-minute private session. You will also receive daily success assignments, a food guide that focuses on building a balanced plate, incorporating protein and lots of inspiring recipes, an optional fitness regimen, and mindset strategies to help you reach your goals.

And, of course, we'll sprinkle in some challenges to keep things light and fun.

My goal is to set you up with a comprehensive program that focuses on long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. You'll learn how to nourish your body with whole foods, move in ways that make you feel good, and develop healthy habits that last a lifetime. But don't worry, we won't make you eat kale all day, every day. We believe in balance, and we'll teach you how to indulge in your favorite foods in moderation with an 80|20 maintenance approach to use after the 4-week session ends.
